About the role
We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and results-oriented IT Business Coordinator to serve as the critical liaison between our Claims team and our IT department. The ideal candidate is a sincere professional who can take initiative, drive projects forward, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions.
What you'll do
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Proactively engage with the Claims team to understand their challenges, processes, and business requirements
- Translate these needs into clear, detailed, and actionable specifications for the IT department
- Project Management and Execution : Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final implementation
- This includes creating and managing detailed project plans, defining milestones, assigning tasks, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and held accountable
