About the role
Responsible for managing the procurement and delivery of goods and services to ensure the on-going operations at LEI. Coordination with existing vendors to ensure availability of material as per S&OP plan Based at LEI, this position will directly report to Supply Chain Manager and work with Suppliers for timely arrival of Material.
What you'll do
- Schedule Preparation as per monthly plan
- Releasing of Purchase Order for Bought Out items, Processing Items as per material plan - week wise
- Follow up with the supplier for material
- Communicate supplier regarding rejection of part & arrange for the replacement
- Stock take activity – a) supplier stock verification b) Physical stock entry
