About the role
Manufacturing of switchgear (RMU) – various types of products. Identification & monitoring of shop floor manpower as per the monthly operation plan. (Manpower planning as per monthly plan, manpower Utilisation, prod. efficiency) To monitor the Daily/weekly/monthly station wise manpower as per production plan.
What you'll do
- Daily production Planning for Final assembly
- Daily Monitoring of Station wise plan Vs. Actual
- Daily / weekly/ monthly monitoring of Station wise manpower required & output
- Preparing & Monitoring of daily report
- Monitoring of in-process defects /rejection
