About the role
The primary purpose of hiring a this position is to lead and manage the complete tendering process, ensuring the organization secures profitable business opportunities while maintaining compliance, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. The Manager – Tendering is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process to convert business opportunities into profitable orders.
What you'll do
- Review RFQs, tenders, customer specifications, and bidding documents
- Lead end-to-end tendering activities for RMUs, MV Switchgear, Secondary Distribution Solutions, and related products
- Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial bids
- Monitor tender deadlines and maintain bid submission schedules
- Analyze customer requirements, SLDs, technical specifications, and BOQs
