We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Manufacturing Engineer with a strong foundation in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Automation & Digitalization. This role is pivotal in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, and integrating smart technologies to drive operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity planning to support production goals
- Develop and maintain standard work procedures and ensure compliance on the shop floor
- Design and optimize plant layouts, material flow, and workstation ergonomics
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping
