About the role

Local Head of Health & Safety-Environment & IR Consultants, contractors, H&S advisory bodies To act as the Local Lead competent person for H&S-E&IR as defined by the local Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations. To ensure the Site complies with current H&S-E&IR Regulations and Company’s Policies and Standards.

What you'll do

• Act as the Local Lead competent person for H&S-E&IR as defined by the local Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations
• Ensure the Site complies with current H&S-E&IR Regulations and Company’s Policies and Standards
• Work proactively with Departmental Managers to establish and maintain a system that promotes a culture of safe working practices across the site
• Provide direct management and leadership of the local Environment, Health and Safety Team and to coordinate the activities of the H&S Support function
• Review legislation and monitor compliance with H&S-E&IR regulations and Aperams Environmental, Health & Safety Policies and programs
