About the role
We are hiring an experienced Head – HVAC to manage end-to-end HVAC operations and maintenance at a university campus. The role involves ensuring efficient functioning of centralized HVAC systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, energy optimization, vendor management, and team leadership.
What you'll do
- Manage HVAC operations and maintenance across academic, residential, administrative, and common campus facilities
- Oversee chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize breakdowns
- Drive energy efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives
- Manage HVAC projects, vendors, AMCs, and maintenance budgets
