About the role
We are looking for an experienced Manager – US/Canadian Payroll & Accounting to manage a team of 6 Payroll Accountants and oversee payroll operations for US or Canadian clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in US or Canadian Payroll along with proven experience in team leadership and people management .
What you'll do
- Manage and lead a team of 6 Payroll Accountants
- Oversee end-to-end US or Canadian payroll processing
- Review payroll processing, reports, reconciliations and ensure accuracy and timely completion
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and statutory requirements
- Monitor team performance, allocate workloads and ensure timely deliverables
