About the role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Canadian Payroll & Accounting to lead payroll operations, manage a team, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing for Canadian clients.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the payroll team
- Oversee end-to-end Canadian payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll regulations (CPP, EI, Income Tax, EHT, WCB)
- Review payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory remittances
- Support client onboarding and payroll implementations
