About the role
The Atlassian Administrator is a hands-on platform administration role responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and user support of HealthEdge's Atlassian environment, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.
What you'll do
- Platform Administration & Configuration
- Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in a cloud environment
- Create and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and screens under the guidance of senior team members
- Configure and manage JSM service desk projects including request types, queues, SLA configurations, and portal settings
- Manage Confluence spaces, page permissions, templates, and basic macros to support team knowledge management
