About the role
This role will sit in our HR team and will report to the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition. The recruiting team is a trusted partner to our internal customers, and this hire will play a key role in the team’s success.
What you'll do
- Work closely with the recruiters to coordinate scheduling of in-person/Teams interviews for candidates with hiring managers and their teams
- Participate in interview de-brief sessions after in-person/Teams interviews by collecting notes to be shared with the recruiters and hiring managers
- Requisition opening and coordinate with Business partners
- Maintain real time data on open positions and candidates in our ATS (Workday and iCIMS)
- Maintain referral Bonus information
