About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the creation and growth of our commercial operations business. Starting with Life Sciences and expanding into broader industries, the Head of Commercial operations Business will architect a technology‑enabled commercial services model that challenges the status quo, simplifies complexity, and delivers scalable impact.

What you'll do

• Build & Scale : Establish and grow the commercial operations business, beginning with Life Sciences and expanding into adjacent industries
• Champion Technology : Leverage advanced commercial platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud [SFMC], Veeva
• Cross‑Industry Learning : Extrapolate insights from one sector to another, ensuring solutions are adaptable and scalable
• Collaborate & Influence : Partner with leadership across technology and medical businesses to align commercial initiatives with organizational vision
• Lead with Agility : Build and guide a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and rapid iteration
