About the role
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Learning & Development Executive to support the organization's learning initiatives by identifying training needs, designing and delivering impactful training programs, and enhancing employee capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end training management, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to measure training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Training Design & Development
- Design engaging learning materials, presentations, training manuals, assessments, and job aids on LMS
- Develop instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs
- Customize training content based on organizational and departmental requirements
- Facilitate induction, soft skills, behavioral, compliance, and professional development training sessions
