About the role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager with a strong background in Cloud based Software development using C# & Java to lead and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. The Software Engineering Manager, is an integral part of the H&P India Software Engineering Group and will successfully and consistently plan, execute, monitor, and deliver impactful and strategically aligned projects at Helmerich & Payne.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of experienced R&D software Engineers to develop, test & deploy high quality enterprise software/systems/products using C#
- Ensure software system architecture provides a strong, solid basis for quality software, maintainability
- Organizes, manages, and implements projects by achieving objectives through key results
- Champion an Agile Mindset by promoting adaptability, transparency, and continuous improvement across all project phases
- Utilizing a Servant Leadership mindset actively supports and empowers teams by removing blockers quickly, enabling progress without unnecessary delays
