Supply Chain Coordinator at Helmerich & Payne. Creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requirements, supplier quotations, and contractual agreements.
What you'll do
- Creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requirements, supplier quotations, and contractual agreements
- Reviewing and reconciling vendor pro-forma invoices and supporting documents against Supplier contracts and PO requirements
- Following up with Suppliers on open POs, order confirmations, delivery commitments, and expediting overdue or critical orders
- Coordinating with Rig Teams, Warehouses, and Internal Stakeholders for timely PO approvals, order releases, goods receipts, and closure
- Preparing regular procurement, open-order, reconciliation, and status reports for internal Stakeholders
