About the role
This position is to lead Flavor Creation and design in the Herbalife’s R & D center. Execute the technical requirements for Herbalife’s regional inner and outer product lines. The position is required to lead new Flavor Creation and Tech transfer projects in the assigned contract Manufacturer as per product quality, costs, safety and uniformity.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the formulation and development for some of the most exciting projects in the flavor and fragrances applicable to foods and cosmetic products
- Lead, plan and prioritize major regional projects and Global initiatives
- Drive innovation and creativity to assist our customers in enhancing existing product lines and in launching new cutting-edge product initiatives
- Lead flavor creation initiatives identify potential risks and develop creative solutions to address technical flavor issues
- Serve as a Technical expert in flavor creation techniques and provide meaningful input into category initiatives
