About the role
The Senior Officer – Raw Material Sourcing is responsible for supporting the strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, risk mitigation, and commercialization of raw materials used across Herbalife's product portfolio.
What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to support business growth, innovation, and risk mitigation objectives
- Conduct supplier market assessments, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Support supplier selection through technical, quality, operational, and commercial evaluations
- Develop sourcing recommendations based on total cost of ownership and supply risk considerations
- Monitor commodity markets, cost drivers, and supply landscape developments impacting assigned categories. 2
