Overview Role at a Glance As a Supervisor, Contract Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for managing quality assurance activities across external manufacturing partners and suppliers, ensuring products are manufactured in compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and validation protocols.
What you'll do
- Supervise a team of 1-2 direct and indirect reports
- Provide functional and project leadership to drive supplier quality improvements, contract manufacturing excellence, and on-time product delivery
- Foster a culture of quality, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience managing HACCP systems and food safety programs
- Experience leading supplier audits, GMP audits, and regulatory inspections
