About the role
The HRIS Analyst will serve as the functional owner for Workday Core HCM and Talent. This role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, production support, configuration, testing, reporting, and continuous process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Own Workday Core HCM and Talent functional configuration
- Support production issues, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
- Configure and test business processes, condition rules, validations, and security impacts
- Lead Workday release testing and regression activities
