About the role
We are looking for an Associate Engineer – Content Management to join our Digital Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, publishing, validating, and maintaining digital content across enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring content accuracy, consistency, usability, and an exceptional end-user experience.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain digital content across enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with branding guidelines
- Create, publish, update, and retire web pages, product pages, resource libraries, and other digital content
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver content updates on time
- Perform content quality assurance by validating links, documents, images, metadata, translations, navigation, and overall user experience
- Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent content and recommend improvements
