About the role
We are seeking an Associate Lead - Technical Design to lead a team of Technical Designers responsible for creating and maintaining design assets across multiple digital platforms. This is an entry-level leadership position that combines hands-on technical production with team coordination and coaching responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Lead the creation and maintenance of design assets in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other applicable platforms
- Utilize CET Designer and established design resources as the basis of design
- Serve as the primary technical resource for application planning and design documentation questions
- Review team deliverables for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and adherence to established standards
- Provide guidance and support to Technical Designers on design tools, drawing methods, and planning requirements
