About the role
We are looking to hire an Associate Software Engineer - Salesforce with excellent technical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop functionality and enhancements. Duties will include coding, development, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications and related technologies as listed below.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations
- Develop applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Experience, JavaScript, Apex, and other Salesforce development technologies
- Ensure the availability and stability of the Salesforce platform and provide on-call support to resolve application issues
- Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements
- Create testing and implementation plans, including user training, UAT, and documentation
