- 1.Scheduling & Procurement: Managing monthly scheduling, daily adherence, and parts procurement as per the CP plan
- 2.Quality Audits: Conducting supplier quality audits and ensuring the closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- 3.Inventory & Logistics: Planning inventory norms and optimizing truck requirements based on vehicle production
- 4.New Model Readiness: Arranging parts for PP1/PP2 lots and maintaining zero obsolescence during model changeovers
