- Process Audits & Gap Analysis: Conduct deep-dive on-site audits at struggling vendor plants, map out end-to-end manufacturing process bottlenecks
- Supplier Handholding & Issue Resolution: Work floor-side with vendors to execute daily corrective actions, re-establish process controls (such as PQCS, PFMEA
- Conducting deep-dive on-site audits: Visiting struggling vendor plants to evaluate manufacturing lines, tooling wear, and operator compliance
- Mapping manufacturing bottlenecks: Identifying and analyzing end-to-end process constraints across vendor plants
