Every deal Hevo closes in the US starts somewhere: a webinar someone registered for, a booth conversation at a trade show, a case study that made a prospect say "we need this," a LinkedIn post from one of our execs that got shared around a buying committee. You'll be the person who makes all of that happen, reliably, every single week.

What you'll do

• A. Webinar & Event Execution
• Run monthly webinar promo cycles end-to-end (email, LinkedIn, partner, and BDR outreach) with accurate registration tracking and CRM campaign association
• Plan and execute in-person field events (trade shows, roundtables, meetups, partner events): build pre-event lists and outreach, schedule meetings
• Drive post-event follow-up sequences and ensure clean CRM uploads, so attendees convert into pipeline rather than just a headcount
