What you'll do
- Partner with engineering leaders to understand what a great candidate for that role looks like in each technical role (SDE-4, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer)
- Evaluate candidate fitment by reviewing their past work, technical contributions, and problem-solving approaches
- Conduct structured technical conversations to pre-assess candidates before formal interviews
- Build and nurture long-term pipelines of deep-tech engineers in Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Infra
- Apply a systematic approach to target, network and engage with passive talent pools
