About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Slot Game Designer with a passion for creating engaging, high-performing slot experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep mathematical expertise with a strong understanding of player psychology and data-driven design.
What you'll do
- Lead the creation of original mathematical models, game themes, and innovative slot mechanics
- Design and own slot game concepts from ideation to final delivery, focusing on entertainment value, pacing, volatility, RTP structure, and long-term engagement
- Develop and verify all mathematical calculations and simulations to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal performance
- Collaborate closely with mathematicians to refine mechanics and balance risk-reward structures
- Work cross-functionally with producers, animators, sound designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution
