About the role
Manage and oversee all Civil Construction & finishing activities from Quality checking, Civil Post Pour, MEP Clearance. Finishing Works like Gypsum Plastering, Waterproofing, Tiling, Painting work. Managing daily labor, supervising subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, masons), and overseeing construction activities to ensure adherence to designs.
What you'll do
- Manage and oversee all Civil Construction & finishing activities from Quality checking, Civil Post Pour, MEP Clearance
- Execute the piling work for residential building
- Process checks for formwork & Reinforcement
- Identify non-conformities & root causes & to review corrections/rectifications
- Review and approved mock-ups & sampling at site
