About the role
Responsible for execution, supervision, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical works for high-rise residential buildings. Review and implement approved electrical IFC/shop drawings, specifications, BOQ, SLDs, load schedules, and design calculations . Coordinate electrical works with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, lift, and façade teams .
What you'll do
- Responsible for execution, supervision, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical works for high-rise residential buildings
- Review and implement approved electrical IFC/shop drawings, specifications, BOQ, SLDs, load schedules, and design calculations
- Coordinate electrical works with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, lift, and façade teams
- Supervise installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, RMUs, DG sets, AMF/ATS panels, busducts, UPS systems, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, and MCCs
- Coordinate installation of HT/LT cable trays, trunking, conduits, cable pulling, glanding, termination, and cable dressing
