Draft or modify trade-specific preambles, quantify preliminaries and general items, review cost plan quantities, audit team measurements. Apply suitable assumptions (when required) where project information is incomplete. Lead preparation and review of cost plans at various stages and tender estimates.
What you'll do
- Perform advanced quantification across complete MEP works Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, DG, Lift, IBMS
- Draft or modify trade-specific preambles, quantify preliminaries and general items, review cost plan quantities, audit team measurements
- Lead preparation and review of cost plans at various stages and tender estimates
- Analyse and evaluate items of work unit rates to project specifics by incorporating risk factors
- Oversee and review pricing work prepared by junior team members
