About the role
Responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and cost plans, supporting tendering and cost estimation activities, and assisting with cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and cost plans, supporting tendering and cost estimation activities
- Use software tools (e.g., Cost X, AutoCAD) for quantity take-off and summarize quantities, transfer data into BOQs or cost plans including carrying out bulk checks
- Draft or Validate Bills of Quantities including carrying out bulk checks
- Support cost estimation activities by identifying basic material and labor rates and understanding rate analysis for standard work items
- Lead hospital construction/renovation projects involving MEP & biomedical systems
