Develops new concepts to achieve organizational objectives in engineering operation, maintenance, renovation & expansion activities. Defines guidelines and standards for operation, maintenance, renovation, expansion to achieve quality standards in order to maintain an edge over other properties. Identifies &recommends latest technologies & products.
What you'll do
- Liaise withgovernment agencies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Responsible for implementations of systems and procedures which ensures safety for Guests, employees, plant, machinery and property
- Responsible for maintaining records& documents as per organizational requirements
- Review the performance of direct subordinates & determine theirdevelopment needs
