As a Concierge Supervisor , you’re not just overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
What you'll do
- Lead the concierge team in providing personalized and professional service to all guests
- Supervise concierge team: Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
- Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests
- Manage budgets and payroll: Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines
