You are responsible for executing sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, evaluation and management, and negotiating contract terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply chain stability. As a Purchase Executive , you’re not just supporting the procurement and inventory management process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
What you'll do
- Responsible for executing sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, evaluation and management
- Support purchasing and receiving operations: Assist with procurement, oversee receiving processes
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications
- Process invoices: Review invoices for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution
- Assist with supplier management: Help secure competitive pricing, place orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely arrivals
