Security Associate

About the role

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s security team, leading and managing a team of security officers, ensuring they perform their duties effectively, maintain security standards, and respond to emergencies. As a Security Supervisor / Team Leader , and facilities – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s security team, leading and managing a team of security officers
• Conduct security patrols: Monitor interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions
• Support emergency responses: Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards/Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Investigate incidents: Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents
