Associate - Canteen

About the role

To supervise and coordinate all canteen operations, ensure uninterrupted food services, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, controlling costs, and ensuring employee satisfaction through effective planning and administration.

What you'll do

• Monitor manpower planning, verify medical fitness of employees, and allocate duties during shift hours
• Review daily menus and issue materials based on operational requirements
• Ensure adequate availability of LPG, milk, vegetables, and groceries and plan inventory requirements for upcoming shifts
• Ensure food preparation activities are carried out in accordance with hygiene and quality standards
• Taste and verify food quality before dispatching food to the serving counter
