What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Formulation Development, Packaging Development, Project Management, Innovation, Planning, Manufacturing
• Drive procurement strategies using system-driven tools including Ariba (supplier onboarding), SAP Rise, IBP, project management tools, iSPACE
• Optimize sourcing based on MoQ, lead times, pack formats, shelf life, storage conditions, and testing protocols
• Analyze market trends, cost drivers, supply dynamics, and finance KPIs (e.g., Gross Profit, Cost of Product, EBITDA) to simplify processes, contain complexity
• Establish and lead weekly review cadences, processes, and data-driven decision-making to professionalize procurement as a strategic partnering function
