About the role
To safeguard and manage the security of 180 acres of land in Kadur through effective security supervision, coordination with local authorities, and proactive risk management to prevent encroachment, theft, and unauthorized activities.
What you'll do
- A. Security & Guard Management
- Deploy and supervise guards: Plan duty rosters, shifts, and patrol routes for all security guards across 180 acres
- Conduct daily briefings: Assign posts, share intelligence, and check turnout/grooming of guards
- B. Liaison & Government Coordination
- Coordinate with Police, Panchayat, CHESCOM, Revenue & Survey, and Forest & Agriculture Departments for land records, approvals, security matters, surveys
