Lead and manage the India Direct Tax Operations team, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of operational activities. Partner with Tax CoE, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, business teams, and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate information sharing. Review reconciliations, schedules, trackers, and supporting documentation to maintain compliance readiness.
