What you'll do
- Serve as the primary customer interface for the HVDC installed base and maintain strong customer relationships
- Perform troubleshooting and restoration activities for HVDC systems and equipment during failures or outages, in coordination with technical experts
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVDC and HVAC equipment
- Monitor installed HVDC assets using Asset Management tools, including performance monitoring and inventory control
