What you'll do
- Own end-to-end execution of projects for assigned region from order booking to dispatch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and customer commitments
- Drive key order handling activities including Sales Order Booking, BOM creation, drawing release, and delivery confirmation
- Collaborate with Production and SCM to verify material readiness, production scheduling, and dispatch planning
- Act as primary interface with customers for delivery updates, order clarifications, and after-sales issue resolution
- Ensure effective documentation management including dispatch and payment documents
