Invoicing to customer POs, payment documents, payment follow up & receipts etc. for ETC projects & supervision invoices, time sheets, counting, clubbing, totaling etc. To arrange POs to vendors, their payments, Re-conciliation, ensure to follow, compliance & Hitachi process. Offers, comparison, finalization process etc.
What you'll do
- Arranging VENDOR MEET once in year. With ETC contractors, Third party supervisors, Test Agency, their engineers, safety supervision agency, safety officers etc
