About the role
Design, develop, and implement efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes and production lines for new and existing products. Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with R&D, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and seamless transition from design to production.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes and production lines for new and existing products
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and seamless transition from design to production
- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Evaluate and select appropriate manufacturing equipment and tools, and oversee their installation, calibration, and maintenance
