About the role
Acting as Quality & CIL support specialist for the HUB EUC Quality and CIL Management.
What you'll do
- Reporting and following KPI with LSUs in HUB EUC
- Creation and maintenance of processes in Adonis, creation and maintenance of documents in OneView / xECM
- Support to Global Team as well as LSUs on use of the global tools (Adonis, OneView, xECM, Relex, CCRP & SAP Q-Notifications, TNPS)
