About the role
Within Hitachi Energy Power Conversion Solutions, you will join a global, cross-functional organization developing and industrializing high-power conversion platforms for renewable energy and energy storage applications. As AI Prompt & Agent Specialist, you will design and deliver generative AI copilots, agents and knowledge tools for our power electronics engineers.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver generative AI copilots, agents and knowledge tools for our power electronics engineers
- Translate engineering use cases into clear requirements, data flows, tool architecture, acceptance criteria, risk controls and deployment plans
- Build retrieval and knowledge solutions grounded in approved product documents, engineering rules and validated data sources, with clear source traceability
- Create representative evaluation datasets and measure accuracy, traceability, robustness, latency, user adoption and business value before and after release
- Maintain prompts, agents, documentation, versioning, test evidence and user guidance throughout the complete tool life cycle
