About the role
You will work in a cross-functional environment alongside design, control, embedded software, system engineering, and quality teams to ensure our products meet performance, reliability, and certification expectations. In this role, you will validate hardware and control functions for power converters and energy storage applications.
What you'll do
- Define, execute, and maintain validation and verification activities for power electronic products, prototypes, and systems under development
- Analyze specifications and technical requirements and translate them into structured validation plans, test procedures, and acceptance criteria
- Execute validation tests in both factory and field environments for prototype and productized power conversion systems
- Study system stability and response to electrical transients including symmetrical and asymmetrical faults, voltage dips, frequency disturbances
- Simulate, validate, and debug control algorithms and assess compliance with applicable grid codes
