What you'll do
- Legal Advisory & Business Support
- Provide senior-level legal support to business units across APAC, including Japan-based and India-focused operations
- Advise on complex legal matters including M&A, finance transactions, and intellectual property
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and strategic agreements
- Taking conduct of significant Indian based legal matters
