- Take full ownership of the construction and/or O&M site and lead all site execution activities
- Plan and coordinate on-site activities in collaboration with the Project Manager, including resource planning and site personnel management
- Drive site operations in accordance with contractual requirements and ensure delivery within approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer representatives, local authorities, and other site stakeholders
- Support technical discussions and coordinate issue resolution with customers and project teams
