About the role
Lead a team of Project Lead Engineers to successfully execute GIS customer projects in partnership with Swiss engineering teams and Technical Project Managers. Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of structural engineering designs, calculations, detailing, and project documentation. Provide technical leadership by resolving engineering challenges, supporting R&D activities, and managing customer and site-related escalations.
