Forward Deployed Engineer – Bangalore, India

About the role

You'll configure and implement Holistic AI for enterprise deployments, make sure it works in real customer environments, and feed what you learn back to Product and Engineering. This is hands-on delivery work with technical depth, not a UI-only or support-only role.

What you'll do

• Translate customer requirements into workable product configurations and integration patterns
• Use deep product knowledge and backend understanding to troubleshoot deployments and advise on architecture choices
• Partner with Account Management on complex customer engagements
• Document deployment patterns, runbooks and customer-facing technical guidance
• Surface product gaps and feedback to improve the platform for future deployments
